wmp_0050Phoebe’s interest in special education started when she was very young. She herself was diagnosed with a learning disability in elementary school and has two cousins with autism. Her parents always encouraged her to advocate for herself and she started going to her own IEP meetings in middle school. As a result of her parents advocating for her and teaching her to advocate for herself, she was able to attend and graduate magna cum laude from McDaniel College with a double major in Environmental Science and Political Science. The summer after graduating from McDaniel, she move to Oregon and started at Lewis and Clark Law School. She has a deep desire to help other students achieve their goals, whatever they may be, and is extremely grateful for the opportunity to do that at Wiscarson Law. In her spare time, Phoebe likes to explore everything that the amazing city of Portland has to offer, run, and hangout with her cat, Leo. She also loves when she has the opportunity to travel back to Pennsylvania to see her wonderful parents and their German Shepard Mojo.
